The Build Process

Grand Contracting, Inc. believes in strong systems and great communication. We start with a a friendly, informational only, pressure free meeting, in order to give you the chance to meet our team and learn more about our company. You will also receive an overview of the excellent customer/builder interactive system we use. This overview may help you better understand the building process starting with the Pre-Construction Planning Phase, then the Contract Phase, the Construction Phase, the Closing Phase, and finally the Warranty Phase.

Further we show you the Homeowner's Manual that we give each customer, at the start of their project, and specific to their home. It outlines, in detail, all phases of the construction process as described above, as well as provides each customer with employee contact information, detailed lists of their house specific allowances, specifications and product selections, as well as, our change order procedures. This manual also has specific tabs for the insertion of your home's building schedule and the schedule of the necessary and regular meetings that will be held between you and Grand Contracting, Inc.

And for those of you who prefer a more hands on approach to learning about our company, and just want to get out there and see some product, we will gladly schedule a tour of our current work...most likely enabling you to see several different phases of building.
